The Electric Vehicle Charging Program video highlighted below was developed for SDG&E to be showcased on their website as an introductory overview of the program. This video was subsequently used in many forums; it was included in a Stanford University-industry overview publication as an educational tool for the general public. C2 served as the program management company offering a range of services.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Program Management is the active process of managing multiple work streams or projects that need to meet or exceed an agencies goals according to pre-determined plans. This includes project management, schedule development and control, cost control, design and engineering, data acquisition, data visualization (GIS), construction management, inspection, and overall quality control. Often, program management also helps with community outreach and agency coordination.

Our depth of experience in both EV infrastructure and design will help facilitate program delivery and execution while mitigating for change orders with onsite support and design accountability to the engineering teams while in the field. By incorporating EV construction specific daily field reports, accountability for designs and change orders can be addressed more efficiently, resulting in project cost savings, key learnings, and continual improvement.
